Chef Chris Mitchum plans and cooks private dinners in homes and vacation rentals. Start with the date, guest count, and foods your group loves. Chris’s menus are starting points for a conversation about your evening.

What the dinner menu includes

• A reception selection before dinner
• Four courses, with vegetarian choices on request
• At least one server
• China, glassware, silverware, and linens
• Cleanup after the meal

Ask Chris about wine pairings when you discuss the menu. Share any bottles you would like to feature, along with your preferences. The proposal will confirm the food, wine arrangements, staffing, and price for your evening.
