Chris Mitchum is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. His work has taken him through New York, Hawaii, California, Colorado, and Nashville. He brings four decades of culinary experience to dinners, demonstrations, and private jet menus.

Food and wine belong together.

Chris’s sommelier training adds another perspective to the menu. He can help you explore wine through a tasting or discuss pairings for dinner. His approach starts with the people at the table and what they enjoy.

The Hot Dog Hospitality story.

Chris loves skiing as well as cooking. The name Hot Dog Hospitality comes from the classic freestyle ski movie Hot Dog. The Chris Mitchum site brings the chef behind that business to the front, while keeping its food, wine, and mountain services together.
